Refunds, exchanges, returns

Everything on my website is handmade with care by me. It takes a lot of time to source, launder and inspect pre-loved and vintage fabrics. Some imperfections in the fabric and embellishments is normal for aged fabric. I attempt to mend, patch or avoid any imperfections where possible. All of my pieces are unique and one off. I am not able to accept returns or refunds if you change your mind, they don’t fit properly or if items are purchased on sale.

My clothes are made to be size inclusive as much as possible and so are loose fit. Where possible I will include measurements. I don’t conform to ‘standard sizing’ because there is no standard sizing. If you would like more information on sizes please get in touch.

I really want to provide beautiful items that you are excited to own. If something bothers you please let me know.

If an item is damaged on arrival please take a photo and contact me as soon as possible. It must be unworn and in original packaging with tags and receipt of purchase to be considered for a refund.

Items sent back without getting in touch first requesting a return will not be refunded.
